Cloud Bread

 Hey folks, the way I found out about Cloud Bread was, I was just sitting in class and I heard someone mention it so I looked it up on Google and was amazed to find it on Tik Tok and all over the internet.  I found that it only takes 3 ingredients and thought 'huh, I should make that'.  Its design really interests me, many with how the outside looks like a potato scallop but once cut open it looks likes like a light fluffy cloud.  I guess that's how they got the name.  At first, I thought it might have been cake but looking it up I found it's much more like a meringue, based on the ingredients at least.  The way they have placed the bread on its side really highlights the colour and the diversity of the different colours you can make.  The photo looks very professional and the kind you would see in a cookbook or something mum would make for desert.
